Officials say they will inspect facilities on Thursday, including heating systems and any weather-related damage.

so if i get approved for an apartment thru this, i will have to pay rent + deposit to the landlord AND 1 month of rent as a deposit to oneapp. so i may need way more money than im cfing for rn.
