For the nth time, I'm trying to prove my identity with Companies House via the OneLogin app and for the nth time it won't work, and the user experience for the error complaint process is almost enough to trigger some kind of blood pressure incident

They wouldn't rely on BC, more likely to use other tech such as OneLogin, infrastructure and law is needed. Papers please!

After downloading the GOV.UK #OneLogin app last week, I can access tax, driving licence, vehicle duty, NHS, DfE number, passport, lasting power of attorney, submit a yachting plan (and get a Welsh fishing permit)

SSO é útil e permite um log in ágil.
Porém, também vem com um problema gigantesco.
Usamos o OneLogin para SSO. Hoje, estão com problemas na infra e simplesmente não conseguimos usar diversas ferramentas, inclusive o GH, pois o login não funciona.

SSO é útil e permite um log in ágil.
Porém, também vem com um problema gigantesco.
Usamos o OneLogin para SSO. Hoje, estão com problemas na infra e simplesmente não conseguimos usar diversas ferramentas, inclusive o GH, pois o login não funciona.

I'm not able to prove my identity because, while I can log into OneLogin on the website, it won't let me log in via the app, and I get an error message that says I need to use the same email address as the one I used before, and I am! And it doesn't like it! And doesn't offer any alt user journeys!

If anyone involved with the digital centre could tell stories about the value of what they're doing, shouldn't someone be popping up to talk about the value of digital identity here in staving off booking by bots who shouldn't be able to. Surely there's a value of OneLogin angle to this?

Also, to add insult to injury, the repeated 10 seconds of acoustic guitar hold music on the OneLogin helpline has a little gap at the end of the loop because it's not *quite* long enough.
