I’ve devoured (read) the #Modiphius #Conan2D20 and enjoyed it. Now I’m writing up a scenario for a one shot. Maybe for my Patreon, local group (I need to finish #OneRing2E first), or run it at a con? Who knows but I love writing scenarios! #gamedev

I’m making #OneRing2E characters with coffee this morning in prep for session 0. For new to me systems, I like to make 3 - 4 characters to get a solid understanding of the mechanics.

I'm Lore Mastering, possibly the last #OneRing2E session next week, and I polled the players. They love it when I run a horror game and really want either #DeltaGreen or #Alien. Both I'm jazzed to run! Now, the hard part is deciding.

The verdict… they loved it! The top two skills used most were Song and Travel. I want give a shout out and thanks to whoever created the #Roll20 character sheet. It was amazing and made the game flow so smooth. Time to start plotting for session 2. #OneRing2E

Now the work begins! I’m plotting out the #OneRing2E sessions. The first will be from #TalesFromTheLoneLands and the other I’ll write. It’s been long time since I was so immersed in Tolkien's world. I’m loving the mechanics Free League has to recreate the vibe of it.

Am I really debating running #Fallout after OneRing2E? Maybe…I ran a few sessions but that campaign ended early and the Fallout series is coming out! I've at least narrowed it down to Fallout, Delta Green, Night’s Black Agents, or Necroscope?

Last night's #OneRing2E session was excellent! The company made the hard decision to pause its true mission to aid the museum curator, Michel Delving (The Shire), in recovering a stolen trinket, only to discover a larger mystery involving the Shadow's every creeping influence! #HorrorIntheShire

Tonight turned into the an amazing penultimate session! The journey’s fatigue hit them, they didn’t save the Hobbits, and failed Círdan’s mission but have rallied a town to stand against minions of the Shadow. Next session the battle and Fellowship phase for survivors! #OneRing2E

I had my list of four games, but reading The Black Company and wrapping up #OneRing2E has me in the fantasy zone, so I'm checking out another gem from my shelves: #ShadowOfTheDemonLord. It'll be a very different vibe than Tolkien and could be a blast for a mini-campaign.

T-6 until #OneRing2E session 1! I'm prepping #Roll20 with characters, locations, and adversaries. As an improvisational GM/LM, this has always been my most challenging part. Do I overprep and fill it with a billion images I may use...Either way, I love the character sheets!
