Imagemagick, really? *Really?*

Discourse has "added image-processing sandboxing as defense in depth." OMG. What are we doing. ImageTragick was in 2016. This package has had 400 CVEs in the last two years. You're sandboxing it *now*?

Runtime confirmation only covers paths you exercise though. For call paths that SAST flags as unaffected, do you filter those before the webhooks hit OpenCVE or let the enrichment handle it?
July 29, 2026 at 10:22 AM
Use Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and runtime tools to see if your code actually calls the affected function. OpenCVE to auto-enrich raw commit webhooks with these external risk matrices. SBOM mapping methodoly if relevant but as I said not my focus at present but still.

& risk-prioritization engines may help (OpenCVE or Feedly AI) combined with some contextual prioritization, webhook pipelines to monitor upstream dependency repositories & pair with wiz.io or similar but again it is mostly what I can offer now. Hope it helps somewhat. 2/2

Maybe, but didn't most of that type of content migrate to mobile?

As an admin, Flash was just a nightmare on so many levels. MASSIVE, constant security holes. It was a weekly game of whack a mole. Literally.

This has 55 pages of them.

You should at least be updating for the security updates, otherwise you're going to be a much more easy target.

For context, here are the CVEs for windows 11. Any later than the date of your last update, you're potentially vulnerable for

This pair of flaws are akin to the recent "Copy Fail" in that they are endemic to all modern kernel releases and trivial to exploit. While you cannot yet patch, there are mitigations, but they may disable IPSEC functionality.

Bouncy Castle has had a number of CVEs reported recently. If you're required to use FIPS and Java, there's probably a good chance that you're using it.
