Haven't tried that but I live by the McKenzie cervical roll pillow for my neck pain. I use a very thin regular pillow and place the cervical roll under my neck on top of the main pillow

No more OPTP systems please. Happy with with the proposal to have each nation or larger regions in the case of England to send representatives but it should be three people at the minimum, ideally five, and the tradition should be to not send per party politicians, but experts of some kind.

I missed your earlier ask, but if you ever need to replace your neck roll, this is what my PT got me hooked (combined with a med/soft pillow that compresses nicely. No memory foam for me)

For neck issues, I’ll give you the recommendation my physical therapist gave me that hasn’t let me down:

- no memory foam
- a soft or medium firmness pillow
- nothing oversized or overstuffed
- AND the secret:

Lmao I came to say the same thing, but it's the neck/cervical roll pillow that helps me most. Gotta pair that with generally having the right thickness of pillow that will keep your neck supported in a straight line
