The V$SQL_HISTORY is a Promising new feature in Oracle23ai but still has some limitation.
I wanted more so I picked up an old trick...

Would there be support for asking a for format mask, a bit like..
TO_CHAR ( systimestamp, 'EPOCH.FF9' ) ??

MERGE ... RETURNING is now supported in Oracle 23ai.
In my view, it deserves more visibility in the documentation — it wasn’t easy to find. Even LLMs still claim it doesn’t exist (some go as far as inventing error codes). Read more:
