When a person or organization is trying to sell you something, and they self-ordain as being "common sense", they are talking down to you. You are being handled.

so by excommunicating the bishops, it effectively says that any priests they ordain in future are not legitimate priests. that means the sacraments those priests perform may not be real sacraments, and that the whole operation is financially dependent on their followers instead of church resources

If they ordain these bishops - without papal mandate - that is a schismatic act and automatically triggers excommunication, no further steps have to be taken for this to happen.

Guys it’s okay, we didn’t pick a good enough case to bring before the 9 god kings and so the benevolent ones simply had to ordain pushing the transsexuals ever closer to outright extermination. Democracy is working 😌

It's run by a prelate, who is elected by (some of) the clergy members, and it has the right to operate its own seminaries, ordain its own priests, and carry out and supervise its pastoral mission globally.
