LAWSUIT UPDATE RE: NATIONAL GUARD IN PORTLAND: The next hearing in our National Guard lawsuit will be Thursday morning in the Ninth Circuit.

Extended exposure to a high concentration of pepper spray, especially in a confined, poorly ventilated space, can cause severe chemical burns to the lungs and throat, which may result in death.
