RE: the orzGK incident where I'd like a replacement and/or refund for the two damaged parts is like getting all your teeth ripped out

I'm beyond frustrated and tired of fighting this. I'd just like a refund at this point.

I updated the doc with Chae. She scammed me into a second refund. PayPal once again ruled in her favor. My PayPal account is once again in the negative. I will be closing my PayPal account once I get paid this upcoming week to zero out my balance and/or the claim I filed against orzGK is resolved.

My experience with the Lilac (Spokane furs) Telegram group is that it protects scammers, sex pests, and misogynists. One took a photo of our car and posted it in the group, which led us to cancel attending blfc. Don't contact these users. This is for awareness only. drive.proton.me/urls/PW91P62...

Man, this is the first and last time I'll ever order a resin figure, especially overseas. OrzGK emailed me again, asking for a full unboxing video. I just have the one of me putting stuff together after getting stuff out of the box and then another video of the parts that arrived broken. They keep

Good morning/early afternoon. Filing a PayPal claim against OrzGK wasn't on my agenda for the day. Apparently the video of the broken parts "wasn't enough." PayPal sides with the buyer whether they're right or wrong. I don't believe I'm wrong for wanting a replacement or refund for a damaged item.

This was orzGK's response to me. There's a lot to unpack here. The main thing that I mentioned is that I'm neurodivergent and am visual. I recommended that providing a visual guide to customers in the future would be very beneficial. The "it's not complicated" rubbed me the wrong way as if they
An email from OrzGK Customer Support that reads, "Hello, I understand your stress and concerns. Your order deposit payment has been confirmed, so this issue has been resolved. Next, let me explain why a complete unboxing video is required. First, requiring a complete unboxing video is currently the only standard for all our product studios to provide after-sales service. Without an unboxing video, insurance will not be effective because we cannot determine whether the damage occurred during transportation or was caused by the recipient after delivery. This is not due to a lack of trust in you, but rather our studio's only standard for assessing such transportation losses, and has nothing to do with your profession or personality. Of course, the lack of an unboxing video does not mean that we cannot provide any after-sales service. As a distributor, we will do our best to protect your interests and provide you with solutions." The remainder of the email that reads, "As for our request for you to circle the damaged parts, it's because providing an after-sales solution is not a simple matter, but a precise process akin to surgery. Especially without a complete unboxing video, the studio needs to determine which parts are missing, whether the damage is due to glue coming off or the part itself breaking. Different situations require different solutions. It's not something that can be accomplished simply by stating "the item I received is damaged." This is also a demonstration of the studio's responsibility to its customers. We don't want to send you replacement parts that are unusable or not even the correct specifications. Finally, regarding the unboxing video, we reminded you to record it in the insurance policy when shipping. This is one of our store's standards, and it will be uniformly filled in on the insurance notice when shipping. That concludes my response to this matter. Please reconfirm the damaged parts and mark them. It's not complicated, but it is indeed a bit troublesome, yet it's a necessary procedure. Thank you for your understanding. If you still cannot provide it after final confirmation, please let me know, and I will try to contact our studio to provide an after-sales solution this week."

I might NOT be getting the parts replaced as OrzGK wanted a FULL VIDEO of me unboxing this and I'm, 🙃 It took me an HOUR. I'm not going to film for an hour to take up space AND waste my battery life on my device. I most-likely will have to take this up with DHL. I purchased shipping insurance. :)

The Arrow Studio - Sylus Love and Deepspace - Ex Version figure is great!! The only issue is customs breaking parts. This is NOT the fault of OrzGK. The connector on the moon lamp part was one of the things broken during the customs process. I'm disappointed how these carriers handle mail.

I got mines via OrzGK early bird preorder, but they sold out. Google WarGreymon by PP Studios and you'll likely find other sellers.

Has anyone ever ordered an OrzGK collectible or preordered one and had them stop responding?? I preordered something a while back and they emailed me a few days ago to ask if my details were correct. I replied within an hour and provided them with our updated address and now it's just, *crickets*
