Watched first half of ‘Emilia Perez’ 🎬 and truly enjoyed it until Aunt Emi asked Jessi a question.

Couldn’t finish bc I’m a 🐔 and read about the ending instead. Oof.

77 Marty Supreme *
A compelling sports movie where you actively root for the bad guy to win. At no point was I ever on Marty's side. He's the worst and makes every wrong decision. Really well made though.

66 Hamnet *
I was all set for a good weepy but was pretty disappointed in this one. The story of Shakespeare's wife & their son who died. The ending totally didn't work for me, probably because her behavior in the theater. Unacceptable.

218 Doubt
A very well acted look at a Catholic school with some pretty shady dealings between the priest and a male student. Keeps the audience guessing if he's guilty or not. Lives up to its name.

199 Babel
4 interconnected stories from all over the world. A drama about how what we do can impact those around us, the ripple effects mean something and make a difference. Moving, but overly simple. Very America focused.

64 Nickel Boys *
Very impressive telling of two black boys who face racism in a juvenile detention center in the '60s. The first-person perspective storytelling makes it intimate and potent. Really liked it!

Watching Wayne's World. Forgot about Chris Farley AND Kim Basinger. She's dancing with Garth in that tight fitting white dress nipples erect kissing his fingers. Take me Garth! Dana Carvey #cinema #Oscarmovie😂 #comedy
