#ourvow: Befriended and learned much about his fellow knights, and used that info to essentially select who would live or die at DRK hands. Tortured and left a man for dead while knowing his family would starve without him as the breadwinner. Planted false evidence to justify making them a target.

fray telling him "you're the only reason we aren't slaughtering every last one of them" was meant to make luci (so used to being nobody and nothing but trash) feel special and like a hero, more of a "thank you for your judgement, so we keep the innocent out of this shite" ⤵️

(for that last one, he felt like he had no choice in order to save the truly innocent knights from the dark knights' swords, and to keep their love. no wonder he ended up going mad from the dissonance. like canon I can't really say he's done smth outright malicious/evil given his circumstances.)
