The whole premise of Idiocracy is that the stupid people outbreeds the smart ones, so by the time the protagonist wakes up. His mediocre mind is the smartest in the world.

So while it's not advocating death of inferiors, it at least don't want them to breed.

It’s entirely unsurprising. It’s what happens in nature all the time too.
A species becomes invasive or outcompetes/outbreeds itself to dominance, ruins the balance in its environment and collapses. It’s the default state of nature.

In the UK they are pretty rare. Which strangely is why you see so many photos of them - nature photographers make the effort to find them and we post the photos. The Grey squirrel outbreeds the reds in the UK and are so common no one really bothers to photograph them.

No one outbreeds young yt trash and until being out here i hadnt realized how unusual that was in the midwest anymore. Kids abound to a point but were always treated ad a nuisance by the parents & the num is def lower than even 20 years ago
