Love when the principled originalist rules based on the "apparent outcome" of an election, which is entirely an artifact of modern polling and media. One might be tempted to conclude he's a right-wing nutjob who decides cases based solely on partisan gain and bad vibes from being too online.

AI is killing the billable hour. Charging clients for “hours” of research and document drafting that obviously took far less time with AI is unsustainable.
It’ll be interesting to see which professions can successfully move to flat rates or outcome-based billing without losing revenue.
