Pub 3532, Oxted Inn, Oxted. 8/10 carpet. Wicked lady who won’t cross on the stairs. Rare ground level Spoons loos. Ice cool but tasty Plum Porter. Yes, this place has passed its Oxted inspection! (Thanks, that goes out to all you schoolies).

Lovely #SlowWays across the North Downs. New Addington to Warlingham to Oxted. Steep in places, but hills give panoramic views as rewards. Really enjoyed these walks.

As I occasionally post about visiting @nationaltrust.org.uk properties by public transport, I should flag this new(?) bus service on Saturdays May-Oct, lining Oxted station to 3 NT sites - Chartwell, Quebec House and Emmetts Garden (this one is particularly inaccessible) bustimes.org/services/scn...
