Got some really good news at the opticians. Back in Dec there were some indicators that I may be developing background diabetic retinopathy.
A retinal check today, shows that anything that might have been there has been absorbed and all is clear!
The relief!!

#OzempicTales is kicking my backside this evening. I feel so sick and queasy. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if it’s hunger or fullness, because the nausea can occur in both situations.

I haven’t thrown up yet this week. I have so much energy and I’m no longer carrying that low lying 24 hour nausea.

My HbA1c has come back to normal levels. My GP just rang to tell me. I’m moving back from 1mg to 0.5mg of #OzempicTales too. I’m delighted! They were 84 in April and now 42. Whoop!

#OzempicTales. There has not been any throwing up at all. Appetite comes and goes in waves. There are days I could eat all around me and days I’m just not bothered. I’ve gone up a whole kilo to 58kg!

The pharmacist was quite taken by my knowledge that spitting a dose of a 1mg #OzempicTales pen is equal to 36 clicks on the pen. But thankfully they had 0.5mg in stock, so no need for splitting.
