Personally I am going with Bush, don’t want to remove an asset from PACOM right now.
The USS George Washington (which returned to port in December) in Asia and the USS George H.W. Bush (undergoing certification testing) on the East Coast are the most likely candidates, officials have said, but each is at least a week away from the Middle East.-Reuters

China’s advantage is different. An ongoing Gulf air-maritime campaign consumes US planning time, ISR bandwidth, decision cycles, and escalation management that would otherwise support PACOM deterrence…and opens trade pathways in Europe & the Gulf typically dominated by US interests. For free!
