O Brasil tem muitas PANCS (plantas alimentícias não convencionais) e receitas incríveis que a maioria das pessoas não conhece porque não são divulgadas como deveria. Em geral, são muito mais saudáveis, ecológicas e sociais.

As pancs nada mais são que aquelas plantas que não fazem parte do nosso cardápio. Então depende do habito alimentar da pessoa, por exemplo: a taioba pode ser uma panc para alguns, mas tão presente quanto o arroz e feijão no prato de alguém, portanto aqui ela é convencional.
