A blue wave so massive that corporations are demonopolizing themselves.

I still gotta make PBMs illegal, but it's a good step

People are tired of hearing me scream about PBMs. But I don’t care. I have fucking lozenges. There’s some real sinister shit out there.

- re-form medicaid to make it universal for under 18 and those on social security

- pass single payer healthcare for all

- at the very least, abolish PBMs outright.

for a start

Evilnorth should ship HRT patches with at home wax kits. That should be the upside of the captive audience mandate by PBMs to warehouse 90 days of my prescriptions in an ikea storage bin under the bed in my little urban apartment. It’s so fun moving with tons of drugs! Especially Dupixent.

Eliminate PBMs!! 🙏 Also nobody but a patient's doctor should be allowed to "assess" anything on behalf of insurers and benefit providers.

We also need something like the BBB where patients can report abuse, poor quality care, and benefit refusals. And more patient involvement in med ed and nih $.

Good to see employers and pharmacy advocates recognizing the work PBMs do. Patients need affordable prescriptions, and the negotiations PBMs handle are part of helping make that possible. Never forget.

Not everything implemented during the Trump admin has been a disaster. For example, its Dept. of Labor implemented new rules on Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) which the money-grabbing industry despises but might benefit covered patients.

Great question! I think the answers will be situational: there are GOP vets who might be willing to impeach Hegseth, but not to block PBMs

Your health plan buys drugs through a middleman who never had to say what he keeps.

Labor just made PBMs disclose rebates, spread and clawbacks to 131,102 large employer plans, with a yearly audit.

MedImpact is buying a rebate aggregator. Aggregators pool claims to get drugmaker rebates for smaller PBMs. That extra layer hides what rebate your plan really gets.

NO. ICE must be abolished. GOP always talks about "small government" which means how much can we turn over to private corporations for their profit but because of them we have Medicare Part B and D, HHS, ICE, PBMs, etc.
