Anti-myeloperoxidase (MPO) IgG drives ANCA-associated vasculitis by activating neutrophils. Krollmann et al. demonstrate that, beyond neutrophil activation, anti-MPO IgG facilitates TLR9-dependent DNA sensing in murine GM-CSF-derived bone marrow myeloid cells and human pDCs, establishing a role for ANCAs in inducing pathogenic nucleic acid immunity.

Last year's blog post on Kikai and its Akahoya supereruption ~7,300 years ago. Work on the book has made me, I hope, a better writer, but this was what I did back then. Folks on Kyushu's coast as well as on small islands nearby probably died in PDCs. It was bad.

Said 'fuck it' and went with the non-tilting VLS option on the containerised ASMs.
I started making a PDC container, but it had so much unused space even with two mounts it felt quite wasteful. I also already have bolt-on PDCs, so it's unnecessary.
A 16-pack container with Long-ya anti-ship missiles. Transparent missiles have been overlaid on the container from the sides to show their orientation. The previous missile container, but with some ghost missiles visible from the side to show the unused space inside. The bolt-on and tie-down PDCs in question as well as a smaller missile rack.
