Sure! I'm really fond of the lower end Brother embroidery machines, I personally use a PE900 that I got second hand on the cheap near me on FB Marketplace.
I would say go for a machine that at least does 5 x 7 hoops as you will feel limited a 4x4 as your only option like with the SE600-725 models

I think I've finally done it, I've finally defeated the beast that is my PE900, it's more finicky than I expected but I think I get it now!!

First patch done on my SE725 (bottom) vs first patch done on the PE900(top), both had a bunch of hiccups due to my own mistakes during embroidery but that's how you learn a new machine 🖤💛🤍

Anyways I am God. I traded in my additional PSA money for a PE900 Brother Embroidery machine I could not have possibly gotten otherwise from a local who was selling it's and it's full thread and accessory kit like new with a 40% discount.

I started with a Brother PE900. Brother makes a pretty solid embroidery machine. It had all the hoops I needed to get started and learn. Another option is the Brother SE700 Its a little more affordable. But I've never used it so im not sure what it comes with. Hope that helps. Upgrade from those 😀

If you can afford it, id recommend looking for an at least 5"x7" embroidery space. I got my brother pe800 in the pandemic, so I paid a scalped price that may have gotten me closer to a 10"x6" in non pandemic times, but 100% go above a 4x4 if you can. It looks like there's PE900 that has QOL too
