Jen Cryder has been named among the Philadelphia Titan 100, which recognizes the top 100 Philadelphia-area CEOs and C-level executives who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.

“Qual é meu saldo disponível?” ou “Tenho boletos para vencer esta semana?”. Perguntas como essas poderão ser feitas por clientes do PicPay diretamente no ChatGPT. A fintech anunciou uma integração com a plataforma de inteligência artificial da OpenAI que permitirá consultar informações financeiras sem precisar realizar a busca diretamente pelo aplicativo da empresa. O recurso será disponibilizado gradualmente, por meio de uma lista VIP, para clientes com aparelhos Android e iOS. Segundo o PicPay, não haverá cobrança pelo acesso, que poderá ser utilizado independentemente da modalidade de assinatura do ChatGPT. Neste primeiro momento, a integração será restrita a consultas e acompanhamento da vida financeira. Não será possível realizar transações pelo ChatGPT. Entre as informações que poderão ser acessadas estão saldo em conta e nos cofrinhos, boletos pendentes, investimentos, cartões ativos, Pix favoritos, lançamentos recentes e lançamentos futuros. A ideia é permitir que o usuário faça as consultas em linguagem natural. Além de perguntar quanto dinheiro tem disponível, por exemplo, será possível questionar quais gastos estão previstos para os próximos dias. “ACom a inteligência artificial generativa, damos mais um passo para transformar a relação dos clientes com a vida financeira, levando a experiência do PicPay para os ambientes digitais onde os usuários já estão e criando interações mais simples, naturais e contextualizadas”, afirma Eduardo Chedid, CEO do PicPay. Como funcionará a conexão Para utilizar o recurso, o cliente deverá buscar o PicPay na área de plugins do ChatGPT e iniciar o processo de conexão. A autenticação será feita via OAuth: o usuário será redirecionado ao aplicativo do PicPay para confirmar sua identidade e autorizar quais dados poderão ser acessados. De acordo com a empresa, as trocas de informações seguirão seus padrões de segurança e estarão em conformidade com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). A autorização também poderá ser revogada pelo usuário. A iniciativa faz parte da aposta do PicPay em interfaces conversacionais para serviços financeiros. Para Chedid, a IA pode ajudar a simplificar a forma como usuários compreendem e administram o próprio dinheiro. “Nos últimos anos, o mercado financeiro avançou muito em inclusão e acesso. Acreditamos que a inteligência artificial terá um papel fundamental ao tornar a vida financeira mais simples de entender e mais consciente para milhões de brasileiros, especialmente para aqueles que foram incluídos mais recentemente ou jovens que estão começando a lidar com dinheiro”, afirma.
