But even on a smaller scale, it is important to plan carefully and think about the filmmaking process thoroughly before hitting the record button. There are many ways to make impactful videos, and while these steps are not mandatory, we recommend that you follow them to make the best videos possible and increase your chances of being selected for the PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival!
