ICYMI there's now a fork of PCSX2 that runs Namco System 246/256, which includes the arcade version of SCIII, several Taiko games and Idolmaster (listed as only displaying attract mode on the compatibility list at the moment) ps2homebrew-arcade.github.io/pcsx2x6/

ICYMI there's now a fork of PCSX2 that runs Namco System 246/256, which includes the arcade version of SCIII, several Taiko games and Idolmaster (listed as only displaying attract mode on the compatibility list at the moment) ps2homebrew-arcade.github.io/pcsx2x6/

I had issues with OPL not showing my game list and reached out to the PS2 hacking Discord for support, and it turns out that the latest beta releases from the main repo supports exFAT drives as well. Here's a link to it if you want to try it.

It works a treat! I've played some Soul Calibur 2/3 a bit, and I kinda want to mess with Taiko no Tatsujin (though I'm a little afraid I'll want to build a taiko controller 😰)
