I wonder if they know Newtownabbey PSNI Station shuts at 7pm every night
Belfast Live - A small crowd have gathered outside Newtownabbey PSNI Station in Co Antrim this evening near Cloughfern Corner. It's believed the protest is being held in support of the Drumcree Orange men. More as we get it.

I can’t stress this enough, throwing around severe accusations of an immediate threat on the part of an MP surely has to have consequence. The dissident threat is heavily monitored; more than anyone on the LCC. Such threat would have been relayed to the PSNI.

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 | Six processions. Six police investigations.

The PSNI has confirmed enquiries into unnotified parades across Northern Ireland this week, including Dunloy and Newtownabbey.

Police say the right to parade is fundamental — but organisers must comply with the law.

There is also the risk that if she were to attend any literary event in Derry or Belfast that supporters of what is being done to Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank (take a guess who that might be) would pressure the PSNI to arrest her.
Sally Rooney had to cancel a trip to England to collect a book award as she faces arrest for terrorism under UK Labour's legislation on Palestine.

Now her novels are being withdrawn from sale to protect her UK publisher, Faber, from being prosecuted for funding terrorism.

“Everyone I don’t like is a terrorist” is nothing new. Bryson isn’t inventing the wheel here, and unless this is backed up by an actual PSNI or MI5 assessment, someone with no knowledge of the context, who wasn’t present on the scene, and doesn’t engage with those figures would assert this

Instead of robust measures, Starmer appointed an interlocutor. The North has experienced three paramilitary takeovers of the province in three years. Pogroms are a flexing of paramilitary muscle, a mobilisation that sees PSNI hide in barracks.

The violence was never spontaneous. [8/n]

The PSNI are rotten to the core
October 12, 2026 at 1:35 PM
The PSNI hasn’t issued any warning or made any arrests related to the preparation of an act of terrorism by members of proscribed groups. They’re looking into public order offences. Bryson was always going to lean into armed sectarianism, but a MP calling to share this on the radio is irresponsible.
October 15, 2026 at 8:44 AM
Absolutely not here to defend the PSNI especially when it comes to VAWG, racism or sectarianism, but a) refusing to engage when your entire argument is that you respect the rule of law b) calling out integrity because the police refused to force its way through a peaceful rally is… something.

And now, the Order is extending its challenge against the Secretary of State to include the PSNI. This is irrational.

Quick recap of what to expect tomorrow: the High Court will hear the OO’s request for review of the Secretary of State’s decision, the Court of Appeals will hear whether the GRRC can have a review of the Parade Commission’s decision. And, probably, Jamie Bryson.
