Ich stimme @herrheldt.bsky.social zu (und sein Beispiel deutet an, worum es gehen müsste). Was Schleicher da von sich gibt, ist in dieser Form falsch und zudem vollkommen unwissenschaftlich - d.h. noch nicht mal als "Kommunikation für Laien" irgendwie haltbar/entschuldbar.
In seiner verkürzten Form fühlt sich das so falsch an.
Natürlich braucht es Wissen, um Fähigkeiten auszubilden.
Die Grundlagen sollten als Basis bestehen, um vernetztes Weltwissen aufbauen zu können.

Does anyone know of a useful description of the difference between "knowing" and "understanding?" When people use the terms, I think they generally are appealing to our intuitions. Is there something principled? Best I've seen is a Ray Nickerson article from 1985.
