Not brag…how about my own? My high school was 125…at 32 I was 135…then diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and weight dropped to 116…I’m now 170 💪🏻 and living with #PTSD

Yeah 😎 i am bipolar Ptsd schizoaffective whatnot, and the meds give me a little protection, i tried to go without in younger years, but it has been hell, i just ended up in the psych ward usually. Oh, Music is awesome, i sadly can't play an Instrument to save my life, two left Hands kinda 😄

I took on a second therapist, an actual Psychologist, last winter, and the results have been.. 😎.. mind-blowing. Been with the primary for thirteen years, and she's good at Autism. The second one is good with the kind of PTSD that needs a rhino handler and a dart gun, and has changed my life.
