Regardless of sexual orientation, no one should travel to the states, especially members of visible minorities, unless they absolutely have to.
Canada's advisories for the states should be amended to reflect what is actually happening there, which is far from normal.

Incredible clip of the crash in Toronto yesterday, a miracle that no one died & a testament to the exceptional craftmanship of Bombardier. How the body remained intact, in flames after having a wing ripped off, is unbelieveable. Kudos to the crew, to Pearson's response teams, the hospitals etc.
I wasn't on duty yesterday when this happened, but watching our emergency response systems light up and coordinate minutes after this happened was amazing to see. Patients were taken across the city and seen and treated within minutes of arrival. No deaths, thankfully. Bravo!
