#Painless
-- never asked to be born in the first place and is to die by your hand. A fellow living creature deserving of a base, fundamental respect, for which you have the responsibility to ensure it dies as swift & painless as possible and that *every* part of the body will be used.

I get why labor doesn't like the bill, but it's basically fine. It solves a problem that doesn't exist in a fairly painless way. A Schumer fail is when there are 2 defections, not when the caucus is split 23-22 though. (why isn't that a labor fail in that case then?)
Another Schumer disaster! They had Republican votes, they could have stopped this!

Oh, so it's actually painless to become an effective offensive force in the game. You. Wouldn't know it from where I'm at in the game atm. Any battle I can't trivially spam and cheese could be my last. It's rough early on.

Yea I remembered hearing good things about DoTween before but I never actually used it. Google seems to be saying PrimeTween is the best choice at the moment so I think I'm gonna take that one out for a spin first. Hopefully pretty straightforward and painless.

"Oh, circumcise my love for you
It's far too vapid and aimless
I wanna be painless
Love soldier, I want closure
And a dollar for the bus back home"

As I’ve said elsewhere, I wouldn’t make it that quick & painless. 500 points deduction that carries over each season till it’s paid off. Make them suffer

1/5 The gym paradox: We pay to make useless physical effort while avoiding all useful physical effort. We’ve segmented human movement into "work" (painless) and "fitness" (agonizing). 🧵👇

Stunning doesn't actually prevent pain, it prevents movement. Botching that even further is commonplace.

The reason kashrut doesn't use a stun is because it's required to be done in a single stroke with a perfectly sharp blade. The religious requirement being fulfilled is a painless death

It helps that so many people are in that ecosystem, so it's painless to share a document for review and commentary, for example. That lack of friction, which doesn't involve emailing files back and forth or whatever, is emblematic of the entire thing.
