i remember walking around Brentwood, Pallisades Park.. and cycling to Leo Carillio in January (circa 1990.. for reference).. and seeing folks in thick down filled jackets while i was in ..just more than scivvies and socks. ahh, snowbird at 20, was I ;)

Our local trails here in Encino are starting to open up after the Pallisades fire and it feels so bittersweet to be back up there. 7 sunrise miles with the derpy wolves this morning.

And they’re safe and back. A 10,000 acre Santa Ana fire in a day that ran rightup to the edge of people’s homes *and was stopped* is the kind of good news we needed finally.
