I have two pairs this year. 3M makes a thinsulate glove with fingertips on index and thumb that can be pulled back and have magnets to hold the tips open. I also have a pair of wool winter fishing gloves made by Palmyth. I also got a pair of rechargeable hand warming bricks too.

Fishing or photography gloves. Thumb and first or second finger fold back. Can use thin liner gloves and/or hothands chemical warmers inside the main glove.
