R. vroeg mij ooit waarom mijn panangcurry altijd knaloranje is en die van hem bruin.
Ik: Skillissue.
Maar dat is onzin, want R. kan echt beter koken dan ik. Ik denk dat het door de geniaal goede gedroogde pepers komt die de Turkse supermarkt hier heeft.

Ik ga panangcurry maken. Dus ik moet zo eens de pasta gaan aanslingeren, anders loopt het weer helemaal in het honderd. Ben er vanochtend ook voor op en neer naar de Kanaalstraat gelopen, had laos nodig. Was echt een nice loopje.

The #panangcurry at #SOIONE in #alesund #alesundnorway was really solid and had some spice to it, plus they had #SinghaBeer but the #chickensatay was disappointing - tasted good but only ONE, and no peanut sauce, oh well hahaha...
