So, was just rereading some Gwenpool, including the holiday special where all of Marvel Earth's holidays are changed, so that a popular annual event is now "pantsgiving", the day where everyone gifts each other uncomfortably short pants.

Suddenly, it's more plausible.

My only exposure to the character is his appearance in the Gwenpool holiday special, where he tried to force everyone in New York City to wear short shorts, and was defeated when Punisher showed him the true meaning of Pantsgiving.
