"It’s become fashionable lately to say that capitalism has entered a new phase in which it has become parasitical to forms of creative cooperation. This is nonsense. It has always been parasitical."

Here’s a timely phrase: “a parasitical oligarchy devouring the happiness of the many to feed the pleasures of the few” — and now about to be using the powers of government.

The Reflecting Pool was completely drained in June 2017 to control a parasitical outbreak. The parasite, which causes swimmer's itch, infects snails which inhabit the pool. More than 80 ducks and ducklings had died at the pool due to parasitical infection since May.

Apart from anything else it's so funny to whine about other people having parasitical email jobs when you are the head of the think tank whose job is to develop the official Nazi Party platform
it's utterly wild how the Heritage Foundation president talks about other people

if you found a guy talking like this outside, you'd probably call the cops

part of an actual autopsy should be why the Democrats developed a massively parasitical and incompetent political consultancy class (not a unique problem!); however they are generally also the people asked to write the reports
The two main lessons I've learned from skimming the DNC "autopsy":

1) I now understand why they didn't release it 😂

2) The DNC wasted a lot of money paying someone who is deeply incompetent.

Honest question: was this whole thing written by ChatGPT?

I can’t shake the feeling that AI’s relationship to humanity is essentially parasitical, and while there might be some beneficent aspects of it in the short run, ultimately this will end like all parasitical relationships do. Can anyone recommend something I could read that argues otherwise?

Solution:

Get rid of the middlemen. Health insurance is just a bunch of parasitical gatekeepers.

We can make a society that exists for the care and thriving and enjoyment of the actual people rather than for the enrichment of parasitical greed freaks and the comfort of creepy-minded religious bigots. All that's needed is for more people to stop fearing good things and start fighting for them.

I like how the crypto goons openly brag about owning governments and nobody acts like they aren't just a parasitical scam inserting itself into the entire economy to line the pockets of a small handful of drug addicts
Sundog, a memecoin by crypto billionaire Justin Sun, just posted a meme depicting its mascot controlling the White House. Sun has spent (or will shortly spend) a total of $213 million on Trump-connected crypto projects.

A country with a housing shortage needs homes, not landlords.

Landlords of parasitical, draining wealth from renters and the state.
