Just finished a cute little #Firstflags #painting in square 8x8 wooden format for our 250 celebration. I plan to paint 250 flags between 12/7/25 & 12/7/26 which is the first year of Delaware statehood. They’re all painted on site of #TheGoldenFleece where #parkeGreenGalleries is. #artist #history

The capital complex and historic area in Dover is very walkable. Great photo ops and free parking. Not much shopping but several museums and a few cool shops and eateries. See us first #DelawareShoppes and #ParkeGreenGalleries as we know everything and are open 7 days a week. #culturaltourism #art

Our #giftidea at #ParkeGreenGalleries this season is #book on #writing. One of surest ways to help those youngsters succeed is to help them develop certain connective areas of their brains. While not all kids learn same way, any who can learn #cursive will have good handle on analog living & memory
We’re selling this book this holiday season at #ParkeGreenGalleries. Many kids are being denied this opportunity in some curricula and it is such a key component to early learning more and more studies are showing. One of surest ways to help those grandchildren succeed in life is to help them develop certain connective areas of their brains. Especially when it comes to memory and the ability to think more critically. While not all kids learn same way, any who can learn cursive will have a good handle on analog living which is going to be key if an artificial life is not to encroach on many aspects of our lives. Bound books, paper and pen, old maxims and sayings, poetry and snippets of quotes remain on longterm memory lasts of the brain and help in many other ways to form vital connections. Give your kids and/or grandchildren a lifelong tool. Take it from Paul Auster who has the best #quote on the value of a pencil than anyone has ever given. #writingisfundamental

I always have flags flying at the shops. We are located on site if #GoldenFleeceTavern where Delaware was first to ratify the US Constitution making it the first state. We’re on The Green in Dover and history abounds. We have a stamp, too, that we can stamp your passport books or any kind of collector type books or cards you have.
