I don't see the parkfans talking enough about Scandinavian parks, so here's a little thread to make you understand that next year you'll have to follow them a bit more 👀 ⬇️

Sounds like Six Flags Over Texas is setting an announcement date for September 25th. Nearly half way through August and we really only have a handful of announcements so far for next year in North America.

More than a little biased but probably parkfans.net
That said, coasterforce.com/forums/, forums.insideuniversal.net (@insideuniversal.net), and forums.wdwmagic.com (@wdwmagic.bsky.social) are pretty sweet XenForo-based forums in our space too though!

When I got my Bluesky invite, I used it for ParkFans.net so our site would have a presence over here. After scoping things out for a bit though, I think "brand" accounts–even for a weird little niche web forum like ParkFans–feel super out of place 'round here. Anyone else in a simular predicament?

Can't say I'm completely sold on the idea that this is what Great Adventure is adding just yet, but it is certainly the most compelling theory I've seen!
Huge props to ParkFans member, CoasterMac, for figuring out the similarities!

The fact that X deprioritizes external links means the platform is super rigged against sites like ours nowadays. 😞 I appreciate you putting up with the rough edges of @bsky.app to get our content though!
Anything we publish will always be available on ParkFans.net as well too if that's easier!

WARUM?

News - Marineland Transitioning to New Mystery Owners
Absolutely fantastic news if only because the ownership can't possibly get worse.
