It's easiest to do with with a partner who knows what you want to accomplish, so I'll write that out first and then cover the self-framework later.
Partnerwork tends to be easier, and I recommend finding a good partner to practice with regularly. One regular partner is better than a dozen pickups.

For self hypnosis: When you're properly good and zoned out in your mind palace, you're in that self-hypnosis spot where you can really connect with your inner self, you're going to basically repeat the steps from partnerwork, but you have the benefit of being able to touch yourself.

Unfortunately, there's only so much you can do as a solo hypnokinkster. Files are fun, but they're limited in what they can do.

100% knowing other styles will definitely help with that. But also you should even go further and try a solo dance style (like contemporary or comercial or something not partnerwork). They focus way more on yourself and your own body which is crucial and what social dances miss sometimes💪

Placements for the int/adv partnerwork team with the salsa company I’ve been training w the most extensively since covid. I know I’ve improved a lot as a dancer but I also know there are a lot of v talented dancers w more experience coming. So, we’ll see how it goes 🤞
