In 2022 I worked with McIlroy et al on a new description of Haootia, from the Late Ediacaran. #Haootia fossils from Newfoundland have the oldest evidence for animal muscle. Also pictured are a reclining #Charnia & #Parviscopa.

Parviscopa is a genus of frondose forms characterized in 2008 based on species from Newfoundland, Canada.
