A handcrafted dragon plushie sits facing a fabric-covered worktable, its oversized head and rounded body assembled from mismatched patches of worn cloth. Its predominantly turquoise and moss-green fabric is interrupted by mustard-yellow, coral-red, and cream panels, joined by thick, uneven stitches in contrasting thread. Large, curved beige horns rise from its head, while a narrow turquoise fabric spike stands upright between them. Small pointed ears extend outward, revealing salmon-pink interiors. Its enormous, eyes are made from pale rounded fabric forms with colorful buttons at their centers. The left eye features a small lime-green button, while the right has a teal button surrounded by a wide peach-colored ring. Additional pink and orange buttons decorate its forehead. A broad, cream-colored muzzle dominates the lower face, with a softly rounded pink nose and a crooked, stitched smile stretching from cheek to cheek. The expression is endearingly mischievous rather than threatening. Overlapping green fabric scales cover its neck and shoulders. Its plump belly is a patchwork of yellow, cream, turquoise, and faded red, with visible seams and irregular stitching. Short arms extend forward, ending in tiny clawed fingers, while its stubby feet display oversized beige claws. Small batlike wings spread behind its shoulders, their green frames surrounding muted coral membranes. Loose threads, fabric scraps, buttons, and sewing materials scatter across the foreground. Warm, diffused light illuminates the dragon's textured cloth and handmade imperfections.
