Staff reported that the Rising Phoenix early-college program (since 2021) has admitted 244 cohort students, produced 9,733 college credits through UW-Green Bay and shown a 95% completion rate for recent cohorts; program leaders said many students continue to postsecondary education and families save roughly $8,300 $9,300 per student on tuition.
