Open Space Institute proposed a lot-line adjustment to attach about 15 acres to a smaller lakeside parcel; OSI said it expects to acquire the larger property in 2027 and eventually transfer most acreage to the state for a new park. The board discussed easements, cabin conditions and set a site visit for October 3; the board also voted to assign the town engineer to the file.
