Exciting to collect my “Q” #parkrun on Saturday at Queen’s in Glasgow.
A lovely lapped route (hilly yes but down as well as up) with the utter cherry and icing on top being a catch up with the fabulous @doktorg.bsky.social who I first ran with in 2017 as part of my #PeoplePowerRun.

I never buy new books but I’m so excited about Susie Chan’s I even pre-ordered it!
She’s such an impressive person this’ll be an inspiring read.
(One of my running highlights was getting to run 5K with her for #PeoplePowerRun in 2017 …I’m sure that made it into the book 🤔😆)
