By John Faddis  …..Buy us a Coffee on Ko-fi From the feedback slowly filling your ears with sonic pleasure the boys from Down rip into the new track Blood Oath from their forthcoming release Volume…

I interviewed Down guitarist Pepper Keenan back in September of 2007, two days after the band released Down III: Over the Under.

Die Arbeit mit Corrosion Of Conformity und Down scheint Pepper Keenan nicht zu genügen, denn er arbeitet aktuell auch an einem Soloalbum.

Ο Pepper Keenan ετοιμάζει το πρώτο του σόλο άλμπουμ μετά από χρόνια αποθήκευσης υλικού, λέγοντας ότι τα δίνει όλα και ξεκινάει να οργανώνει το σόλο υλικό ενώ CoC και Down προχωρούν με νέα projects. Ακούγεται ότι έχει «άφθονο» τραγούδι ακόμα φυλαγμένο και ότι κάθε κομμάτι θα δουλευτεί με κιθάρα/ντράμερ, καθώς ο διάλογος στο We Wreck Records φέρνει κοντά το παλιό southern metal με το νέο υλικό. #PepperKeenan #SoloAlbum #CoC #Down #MetalNews #NewMusic 🎸🔥🤘 Εσύ περιμένεις το σόλο άλμπουμ του Pepper;

Although the lack of melodies on Over the Under suggests otherwise, Keenan claims that the Down members were heavily influenced by '70s rock.
