Time to get back on the road. I'm in Systeasai SY-Z d13-1 on a nice atmospheric planet. The shadows have grown longer, but I'm not sure if night passed during my rest.
We will continue towards Aquila's Halo. Maybe even making it all the way?

It's time to return to the Bubble, and I have plotted a route for Gorgon Research facility as the next leg. I suspect Sol is in for a really nasty weekend.
So, 226 jumps to make. I'd better get on with it then.

Two weeks out now. The sun has just set on the world in Blau Phlai EQ-G d10-0 in Aquila's Halo where I set down last night.
Today I will try go deeper into this part of the region. One of the least accessible in the galaxy.

Another morning on this expedition, and I'm still in Aquila's Halo. The leg for today will be short, only about 16 jumps. I will revisit another ELW discovered last year.
The system I'm about to depart is Eorl Brue QI-K d8-0. Worth a visit, perhaps?

What a view to wake up to. I'm in Eiphairgh XP-G d10-0, in the "middle part" of Aquila's Halo. Tonigh I will try to travel South, towards Errant Marches.
Many jumps will be done on fumes to maximise jump range. A bit risky? Yes. I need to stay alert.

It's early morning on this nice HMC world in Graei Dryoo TE-F d12-0, Vulcan Gate. I have about 80 jumps to go before I decide: Return to the Bubble or continue my expedition?
It's Advent Sunday today so I have decorated everything accordingly. Hmm...

So, it's another night of jumping I suppose. I will try to make it "back" to Aquila's Halo, before turning "South" towards Errant Marches.

Another day on this shakedown cruise. I'm about to depart Phraifaei TD-K d8-0, and will now head "South" and back to the Outer Arm region.
Hardly the straightest route I've ever seen, but there aren't many stars out here.

Another night has fallen, and it's time to leave moon A of planet 3 in the Eock Gruia XR-A d14-4 system. If you're an explorer passing by, this is a decent spot for gathering materials useful when out exploring.
An SRV would help, but isn't necessary.

Night has fallen on the planet I spent the night on. After a short stroll to limber up a bit, it's time for another attempt to reach the destination for this leg.
Just a few more jumps to go, and I will be in the Outer Arm region.

The expedition is officially underway, and I have entered the Orion-Cygnus Arm. The ship runs well, and makes long jumps with little effort. I landed on the first landable body encounted, although it offered little more than some stunning vistas.

The second day on this expedition is about to begin, and I'm gazing at the Andromeda galaxy from the top of my ship.
I call this expedition the "Perseus Advent". One of the goals is to revisit a few inhabitable systems in the Aquila's Halo region.

I have a few more jumps to reach the destination I set for this leg, then I'll change course to South-Southwest to start working my way to an ingess point for Aquila's Halo.

The seventh day on my journey. It's time to enter Aquila's Halo, and I'm having one last look at the gas giant "guarding" this pleasant moon i the system Kasao VC-V d2-1.
The route ahead is anything but straight. But I will make it there in time.

It is time to try to find the path back to the third - now the fourth - ELW I've discovered in Aquila's Halo.
Not all systems are undiscovered. And now I'm following in the footsteps of those who went before.

Night has fallen, and there's absolutely no light here. No moons, no stars.
After a short stroll to say goodbye to the little space flowers it is time for me to depart.
