It's probably not the MAIN "exit ramp," but Canadian forums (e.g. reddit.com/r/PersonalFi...) are awash in health care workers seeking advice on moving to Canada.

Several provinces, including BC where I live, are streamlining their licensing requirements to get HCWs from the US.
