The dosage is too small for estradiol valerate / cypionate, but there's the 'pharmajet' as an option. Completely needle free, but the maintenance is complicated / expensive.
Personally, I'm holding out hope for nasal spray Estrogen. Tech has promise from research, but the pharama ain't interested.
