#PhilWizard 's stupendously stupidly baggy trousers didn't help either, in seeing just what the fuck was so special about his breaking

[disclamer: not a breaking expert] The issue I see with Olympic Breaker such as #Raygun and even #PhilWizard, is there seems to be at least two different genres , close-in low altitude breaking, and the big & high acrobratic styles. The close in low altitude stuff looks like absolute shit on TV.

I can get into this one

This was the gold medal win for #PhilWizard (Phillip Kim) 🇨🇦. #DannyDann 🇫🇷 (Danis Civil) took silver. Two totally different styles but, man, what a battle. The freezes alone were crazy. 🥵 #Breaking #Paris2024

DAYUM! Not a weak B-boy in the QF mix. The variety, creativity and competitive cameraderie was 🔥. Plus, freestyling w/o knowing the music in advance is 🤯. #VictorMontalvo 🇺🇲 earned his spot on the podium but #PhilWizard 🇨🇦 was definitely gold. #Breaking #Paris2024

At first Philip Kim seems superhuman. Then you learn that his dad had never been to one of his competitions, before, and he instantly becomes every second-generation kid, ever.

Salud.
