My favorite story is how two different EA studios ended up photoscanning the same Very Cool Rock in Iceland and it ended up in both Battlefront and Mass Effect or something

I'm really likin' scanning with my 5DSr. Bracketing to combine slides with poor shadows with an overexposed image that has better dark detail. Old work. USPro. Late 90's. The Wall. Manayunk. K-Chrome. F1 with 24mm (probably)

As a bit of morbid humor, I usually joke that it's easy for me to 3D scan things because all my subjects in anatomy don't usually breathe or have a pulse. (🧠's, 🍖's, and 💀's ).
