Wife hiking back from the petrified forest towards Wide Hollow Resevoir. A painterly sunset with big cumulus clouds hangs over the high desert scrubland and reservoir. The last light of the day skirts under moody clouds lighting up the iron and white sandstone. Verdant trees are lit up along the reservoir while many hews of greenery dot the landscape.
