I am so sorry if you've lost anything you cherish, it's the worst feeling.
(Thankfully I've done it just once a file recovery program worked but it was a LOTTA junk data, I'd recommend that if you can before you write ANY more data!!! I think it was photorec)

Ensuite, utilisez des outils comme Recuva, PhotoRec ou la commande ‘fsutil usn readjournal’ pour extraire les entrées supprimées des journaux système. Ça vaut le détour ! 💡

Photorec goes quite low-level. It’s recovered quite staggeringly broken drives for me in the past. All from a pleasing terminal. No GUI.

Good news, I made a full drive recovery! Thanks to PhotoRec and DMDE, it turns out I have >3 YEARS of ShareX images (2017-12 - 2021-02) that would have been lost forever!
