It can also run Elite over Econet, both from my local fileserver and from my Elite fileserver in the National Museum of Computing’s Econet Cloud.
If you have a PiEconetBridge, you can do the same by typing:

It's a bit hairy having a bare PCB sticking out of your Plus 1, but that just gave me an excuse to get another 3D-printed gem from Stardot legend ukwebb.
I have a lot of his products. PiEconetBridge case, Beeb wifi modem, Delta 14B/1 adapter and now an elkEconet case... and they are all epic. (6/7)

Yes, that's exactly it. We've had Econet users from multiple countries participating. In the case of @markmoxon.bsky.social's Econet Elite scoring, there were players sending scores to a central scoreboard from various locations. Requires a PiEconetBridge and a little cloud configuration.
